Dandorax joined the uptempo hardcore ranks in April 2026 with ‘Magician’, and answered the one-hit-wonder question in July with ‘Not Going Down’, a title that reads like a mission statement for a project intent on sticking around.

Uptempo is having a generational churn: the German Krach wave around acts like luvvtige is redrawing the genre’s map, veterans like UNSYN are stacking festival anthems, and fellow first-year names like DJ RÖVAK are converting DJ followings into catalogues. Two singles in, Dandorax is part of that incoming class, the cohort whose next twelve months will decide which names the genre keeps.
