Nightcraft

Nightcraft is one of the melodic voices in hardstyle, a Dutch producer whose real name is Roy Stolzenbach. He built a name on emotional, cinematic hardstyle, wrapping touching vocals and sweeping melodies around kicks that still hit hard on a festival stage.

From jumpstyle to Scantraxx

Before Nightcraft, Stolzenbach came up through jumpstyle, with an early breakthrough in Belgium as a teenager and sets at events like Reverze, Defqon.1 and Decibel. He launched the Nightcraft project in 2019 and joined the Scantraxx family, moving from Scantraxx Silver through Carbon before stepping up to the label’s main roster in 2023, after just four years under the name.

An emotional take on hardstyle

Nightcraft’s signature is that pull between feeling and force. Tracks like ‘The Black Symphony’, ‘Breathe Again’ and ‘Reshape & Dominate (Ode To Shockerz)’ lean on melody and vocals, then land the drop with the weight the style demands. It sits closer to euphoric hardstyle than to the raw end, though it borrows energy from both.

Busy into 2026

He has stayed prolific into 2026 with a run of releases including ‘Finish It’, ‘Hold Me’, ‘Wait For You’, ‘Fever Dream’ and ‘The Path’. On the melodic side of the scene he shares ground with names like Jay Reeve, Sound Rush and Devin Wild, alongside raw hardstyle peers like Vasto.
