NOVAH’s rise is the modern hard techno story in miniature: Noa Heyse discovered the scene’s intensity at Belgium’s Voltage Festival, uploaded her first mix to SoundCloud in February 2022, and within two years was playing rooms and festivals (including Tomorrowland) that most DJs wait a decade for.
