Phuture Noize treats hardstyle as album music. While most of the scene thinks in singles, he built his reputation on full-length statements: music, artistry and storytelling delivered as one package, which is why many consider him the single most important contemporary figure in the genre.

From small labels to Q-dance

Phuture Noize surfaced in the early 2010s as a duo (Marco Spronk alongside Antoine Kraaij), releasing raw, experimental records on smaller labels. Kraaij departed in 2015, and Spronk has carried the name solo since, sharpening a signature that fuses hard kicks with haunting melody and introspective vocals. ‘Pursuit of Thunder’ (2017) announced the ambition; ‘Black Mirror Society’ (2018) on Q-dance Records (a philosophical concept album about a world staring into its screens) confirmed it.

The rawphoric middle ground

Phuture Noize’s lane sits between rawstyle’s aggression and euphoric songcraft, the space the scene now calls rawphoric. ‘Silver Bullet’ (2020) and ‘From Star To Stardust’ (2023), released through his own label operation, pushed that fusion further, and his influence is audible in contemporaries from B-Front to D-Sturb.

Anthem duty

In 2026 he delivered ‘When Sound Meets Sound’, the official REBiRTH Festival anthem and currently his most popular Spotify track in HDRR’s tracked catalogue, proof the album artist can still write a festival-sized single on demand.
